updates

i cannot believe i let my friends talk me into doing a 10km run…. i’m in so much pain today!!! it’s ok i still love you fran eventhough i wanted to crush you into little pieces yesterday….it was a good experience aside from all the pain i’m feeling at this moment! yesterday was real fun!  all i can is that is a once in a lifetime experience, not because the opportunity only comes once, but because i almost died doing the run!

need to go back to hte gym immediate!!!!
